Below are a list of important reminders and forms for students and parents to review prior to the trip. |
| Meetings | Each student, along with a parent/guardian, MUST ATTEND one of the two mandatory meetings held prior to the trip. |
| Required Forms | Each student MUST SUBMIT a Parental Consent Form, and Emergency Information Form along with a copy of your health insurance card. We suggest you make a copy of the completed forms for your own records. |
| Medication | Any student planning to bring any kind of medication (prescription or over the counter) must fill out a Class Trip Medication Form with the nurse’s office (Ms. Gillespie or Ms. Varga). All questions about medications will be answered at the meetings prior to the trip. |
| Trip Itinerary | This is for reference only. Keep in mind that times could change based on Disney Park hours or administrative discretion. |
| Before You Go | A “Keys for Air Travel” from our travel agent regarding TSA regulations. |
| TSA List | A list from the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) on what to bring and what NOT to bring on an airplane. |
| Trip Flyer | This information flyer describes, in general, the trip itself as well as costs, deadlines and eligibility information.
