Bring Up Grades

Bring Up Grades, or BUG, is a program designed to provide recognition to the students in Grades 1-4 at Holly Glen Elementary. Students can receive this recognition by raising their grades into an acceptable range, maintaining or continuing to raise them from one grading period to the next, or by showing overall improvement in several areas. Recognition includes being placed on the Holly Glen’s BUG Club list posted under the BUG banner outside of the Principal’s Office, awarded a special certificate signed by the child’s teacher and earn a special BUG pin to wear proudly in and outside of school. The Kiwanis Club of Winslow will be supporting the BUG program at Holly Glen, just as they support the Terrific Kid Program.
