To all 6th, 7th, and 8th graders for the 2013-2014 school year: If you are interested in signing up for either MS Field Hockey or MS Cross Country you may do so during your lunch period on Monday, 6/17 and Tuesday, 6/18. When you sign up please be prepared to provide:
- Your student ID number
- Your grade level for the 2013-2014 school year
- Your date of birth
- A reliable parent/guardian phone number
- A reliable e-mail address of your parent or guardian
To the parents of potential MS student/athletes:
All required paperwork can be found on the MS Sports Homepage. If you need hard copies of the documents you may pick them up in either 5/6 office or 7/8 office beginning Tuesday, 6/18. All paperwork is due by August 1st and can be turned in to either middle school main office.
Dear Parents/Guardians:
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:40-21.2, the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services requires all sixth grade students to receive one dose of the Meningococcal Vaccine and one dose of the Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap) vaccine.
Please return to the school nurse the completed immunization verification form from the link below. This form needs to be returned to the school nurse by September 3, 2013.
Students entering grade 6 who do not present proper immunization documentation prior to school starting in September 2013 will be excluded from school.

The Summer Enrichment Program is available to Williamstown High School students and graduating 8th graders from the Williamstown Middle School provided the student meets prerequisites.
