The staff and students at Whitehall School were devastated to hear about the earthquake that destroyed Haiti and we knew we had to help. All of the students and staff made donations of any spare change they had to help the families who were now suffering in Haiti.
We also had a Pajama Day where staff and students donating $1 to this cause, were able to wear pajamas and bring a stuffed animal to school. We were amazed at the outpouring of generosity! Whitehall staff and students truly have a BIG heart. We raised $806.44 to give to the people of Haiti. The money will be sent to the American Red Cross. Thank you for participating in this great fundraiser! We are definitely the little school with the BIG heart! |
