The Monroe Township Public Schools Facilities Department oversees the maintenance, operations, and upkeep of district buildings and grounds.

Request Outside Facility Reservations

To request use of district facilities, please complete Outside Facilities Application and submit the completed application to:

Community Facility Use

In accordance with Board Policy 7510, Monroe Township Public Schools makes district facilities available for approved community use when school is not in session. To ensure every event is safe, secure, and well supported, all reservations are coordinated through the Facilities Department.

 

Every Reservation Includes:

Facility Scheduling & Approval | Building Access & Security | Custodial Coverage | Lighting & HVAC | Event Support

 

 

What We Do

Building Maintenance

Repairs, preventative maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and infrastructure improvements that keep our schools operating safely and efficiently.

Custodial Services

Daily cleaning, sanitization, event support, and building care across all six schools.

Grounds & Athletics

Maintenance of school grounds, athletic fields, parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and snow removal.

Facility Reservations

Coordination of community facility use, event scheduling, operational support, and custodial coverage for approved organizations.

Safety & Compliance

Management of environmental health programs, indoor air quality, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), asbestos compliance, lead testing, and other state-required safety initiatives.

Event Operations

Coordination of lighting, HVAC, room setup, security, and facility support for district programs, school events, and approved community activities.
