The Williamstown Marching Band had a big weekend in Millville, bringing home 1st place in Group 2 at the NJMBDA competition.
The Braves also swept all three caption awards in their division, earning Best Music, Best Effect and Best Visual.
Results like this reflect a lot more than one performance. They come from the hours students spend rehearsing, the staff who guide them, the families who help make long competition days possible and the community that continues to show up and support the program.
That shared effort was on full display Saturday, and it was great to see Williamstown represented so well.
Congratulations to our Marching Band students and staff on an outstanding performance and a well-earned first-place finish. Go Braves!
